CXCL10+ Peripheral Activation Niches Couple Preferred Sites of Th1 Entry with Optimal APC Encounter

CXCL10+ peripheral activation niches are spatially organized to couple preferred Th1 entry sites with the regions where antigen-presenting cell encounter is most efficient. Computational contribution: cluster identification, neighbor-statistics tooling, and 3D reconstruction infrastructure shared with the perivascular-clusters work.
